Tauheed Epps, who goes by the stage name 2 Chainz, is an American rapper, songwriter, and actor. Born in 1977 in College Park, Georgia, he first gained recognition as part of the Southern hip-hop duo Playaz Circle. He broke out as a solo artist in the early 2010s, known for singles like "Riot", "No Lie" featuring Drake, and "Birthday Song". He also appeared on Kanye West's 2012 single "Mercy".
